Terms and Conditions

Effective 21 September 2026.

These Terms govern your use of our websites and everything you buy from us.

They are an agreement between you and KOA Wellness LLC, a California limited liability company registered in Orange County and doing business as Peptide Paradigm. By using ginaparlette.com or any of our subdomains, booking a call, buying a programme, joining a community space or becoming a business partner, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Our services are offered to people in the United States. If you use them from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with your local law.

You agree to give accurate information when you book, buy or complete a form, and to keep your account details secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

What we offer

We sell education and coaching. We do not sell medicine, and we do not prescribe.

We may change prices, formats and availability at any time. A change never affects a programme you have already paid for. Free resources, guides and podcast content are provided for education and carry no warranty.

Medical disclaimer

Nothing we provide is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Read this section carefully.

Gina Parlette is a peptide educator and health coach. She is not a physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, dietitian or licensed medical provider, and no coaching relationship with us creates a doctor-patient relationship.

Everything on our sites, in our emails and texts, in our programmes and community spaces, and in our one-to-one calls is education and personal experience. It is general in nature and is not tailored medical advice for your condition.

You must talk to your own licensed healthcare provider before starting, changing or stopping any medication, peptide, supplement, exercise programme or diet. Do this especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a diagnosed condition, or take prescription medication.

We do not prescribe, dispense, supply or administer any peptide, GLP-1 or other medication. Where you obtain a prescription through EllieMD or any other provider, that clinician is independent of us, makes their own clinical judgement, and is solely responsible for your care. We receive compensation when clients and partners purchase through EllieMD.

We do not interpret your bloodwork or laboratory results as a clinician would. Where we discuss lab values with you, we do so as education, and your provider remains responsible for interpreting them.

If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Do not contact us for urgent medical help, and do not rely on email or text for anything time-critical.

Individual results vary. Nothing we say is a promise of any particular health outcome.

Booking, payment, cancellation and refunds

Payment is due in full at booking. Consultations are refundable up to 24 hours before the call; programmes are not refundable once they begin.

Payment. We take payment through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies to you. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it clears.

Booking and rescheduling. Book through the scheduling links on our sites. You may reschedule a consultation once, free of charge, if you give at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations and no-shows.

• Cancel a consultation more than 24 hours before it starts and we refund it in full
• Cancel within 24 hours, or do not attend, and the fee is not refundable
• If we cancel or reschedule, you may take a new time or a full refund, whichever you prefer

Programmes. Coaching programmes are refundable in full if you request it before the programme starts and before you have accessed any programme materials. Once the programme has started or materials have been accessed, fees are not refundable, because the value is delivered as content and coaching time. You keep access to everything already released to you.

Recurring payments. Where a programme or community is billed monthly, it renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time before the next billing date and you will not be charged again, and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. Cancellations are not pro-rated.

To request a refund or cancel, email support@ginaparlette.com. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in loss of access.

Programme participation

Coaching works when you take part. What we provide is structure, education and accountability; what you provide is the effort.

Our coaching programme is delivered through EverFit, a third-party app you download from the App Store or Google Play. Access lasts for the duration of your programme. EverFit sets its own terms, and we are not responsible for its availability or for any change it makes.

You agree to:

• Complete the onboarding and intake forms honestly and in full
• Tell us about any medical condition, medication or allergy relevant to the coaching
• Tell your own healthcare provider what you are doing, and follow their guidance over ours where they differ
• Keep programme materials to yourself and not share your login
• Treat coaches and other participants with respect

We may end your participation, without refund, if you behave abusively toward staff or other participants, share paid materials, or ask us to do something unlawful.

Coaching sessions may be recorded for quality and for your own reference. We will tell you before recording and you may decline.

Business partner programme

Our partner resources are free, and nothing about them is a guarantee of income.

If you join the peptide business through us, you become an independent affiliate of EllieMD. Your commercial relationship, your compensation and your obligations are governed by EllieMD's own agreements, not by us. We provide training, resources and community support. We do not employ you, we are not your upline's guarantor, and we do not control what EllieMD pays or changes.

Income disclaimer. Nothing in our training, resource site, calls or community is a guarantee, promise or projection of earnings. Any figures mentioned are examples and not typical. Most people who join a direct sales business earn little or nothing, and results depend on your effort, your skill, your market and factors outside anyone's control. You are responsible for your own business expenses and your own taxes.

As a partner you agree to represent products honestly, to make no medical claims, to follow EllieMD's compliance rules and the advertising rules of every platform you use, and never to present yourself as a licensed medical provider. Breaking those rules ends your access to our partner resources.

Access to partner materials is personal to you. Do not share the access code, the resource site or its contents outside the programme.

Intellectual property

Everything we publish belongs to us. You may use it for yourself and not resell it.

All content on our sites and in our programmes, including text, guides, workbooks, videos, recordings, templates, course materials, photographs, the Peptide Paradigm and The Body Paradigm names, and our logos, is owned by KOA Wellness LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

When you buy a programme or join a community, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own education for as long as your access lasts.

You may not copy, resell, republish, share, record or redistribute our paid materials, use them to build a competing programme, or strip our branding from them. You may quote short excerpts of our free public content with credit and a link.

Content you post in our communities stays yours. By posting it you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the community and to moderate or remove it.

Conduct and testimonials

Our communities work because people are honest and kind in them. Two rules cover most of it: no medical claims, and no cruelty.

You agree not to:

• Give medical advice, diagnose anyone, or recommend a dose to another member
• Harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate against anyone
• Post anything unlawful, defamatory or deliberately misleading
• Promote another business, service or opportunity without our permission
• Share another member's personal or health information outside the community
• Attempt to access our systems, scrape our content, or interfere with the sites

We may remove content or end access for any breach, without refund.

Testimonials. Any testimonial, before-and-after result or success story we publish is one person's experience and is not typical. Results depend on individual circumstances. We do not pay for testimonials, and where a person had any material connection to us we say so. If you give us a testimonial, you agree we may publish it with your first name and last initial, and you may withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We provide our services as they are, and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us.

Disclaimer of warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services, content and materials are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular result will follow from using our services.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOA Wellness LLC and its members, officers, contractors and coaches will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or emotional distress, arising from your use of our services, whether the claim is in contract, tort or otherwise, and even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KOA Wellness LLC and the people listed above from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or any health decision you make.

Governing law and disputes

California law governs these Terms, and disputes are heard in Orange County.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Talk to us first. If a dispute arises, email support@ginaparlette.com with a description of the problem and what you want. We will try to resolve it informally within thirty days. Most problems end here.

Where claims are heard. If we cannot resolve it, you and we agree that any claim will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and both of us consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

No class actions. You and we agree that claims will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

Time limit. Any claim relating to our services must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, except where a longer period is required by law.

Changes, severability and contact

We may update these Terms. The version published on our site at the time you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.

When we change these Terms we update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant we will tell you by email. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept it.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about our services, and replace any earlier understanding. You may not transfer your rights under them; we may transfer ours if the business is sold or merged.
